TOUMART NET SHOPで注文を頂いて、お手元に届くまでの手順をお知らせします。
●代引きの場合
代引き希望の方には注文が入り次第、登録されているメールアドレスに代引きでのご購入で間違いないか確認のメールを送らせて頂いております。（以前なりすまし注文というものがあり、荷物が戻って来たことがあったための措置です。この場合、往復の送料、段ボールやその他の備品代が全て赤字となってしまい、極小会社の弊社にとってはかなりの痛手になるのでこのような措置を取らせて頂いております。）
代引き希望という意志表示をメールで返信して頂いたらすぐに商品を梱包します。そしてすぐに発送作業に移ります。
●銀行とゆうちょ支払いの場合
毎朝10:00くらいに通帳の記帳に銀行へ行きます。そこで振り込みの確認ができた方の梱包作業を行い、発送作業に移ります。
銀行とゆうちょ支払いを選ばれた方は、注文から1週間以内に振り込みをお願いしております。
1週間を過ぎてしまいますと、キャンセル扱いとなってしまいます。くれぐれも振り込みをお願い致します。
注文から発送までこのような感じで作業をしております。
ご注文頂いた方で、振込を致しましたと丁寧に連絡をして頂ける方もいらっしゃいます。

If you are paying by bank or Japan Post
Every morning around 10:00, I go to the bank to record my bankbook. If you choose to pay by bank or Japan Post, you will receive a confirmation of your payment.
If you choose to pay by bank or Japan Post, your order will be cancelled. If you choose to pay by postal transfer, please do so within one week of placing your order.
