前にも記載した記憶がありますが、TOUMART NET SHOPで代引きでのご購入を指定された場合
こちらから、購入の意思を確認するメールをお送りしております。
そのメールに代引き希望です。などの購入の意思を記載したメールを送り返して頂いた方のみに
代引きにて発送をしております。
初めて代引きを使用された方は、もしかしたら、弊社からのメールが迷惑メールフォルダへ入っている可能性があります。
今回のDCONで販売したカラーをTOUMART NET SHOPにて代引きで購入希望の方で複数名の方が購入の意思を返信されておりませんでしたので、
発送まで至っておりません。
今一度迷惑メールフォルダなどをご確認くださいますようお願い致します。

For those who choose cash-on-delivery (COD) for purchases on TOUMART NET SHOP:
As mentioned before, when you specify cash-on-delivery (COD) for your purchase on TOUMART NET SHOP, we send an email to confirm your intention to buy. Only those who reply to that email with details like “I prefer COD” are eligible for shipment via cash-on-delivery.
For those who are using COD for the first time, there’s a possibility that our emails might be in your spam folder.
We have noticed that for the color sold at DCON and wished to be purchased with COD on TOUMART NET SHOP, we have not received replies confirming the intention to purchase from several individuals. Consequently, shipment has not been processed.
We kindly ask you to check your spam folder or other folders, and if necessary, confirm your intention to purchase.
