少し前は、若手中堅の育成
（ソフビを作っていらっしゃる方は色々なタイプがあると思いますが、
版権物を作られている方、
昔は20円ガチャというのがあって、ほぼパチものが入っていた時代から繋がるパチもの系を作られている方、
ソフビが好きだから作っていらっしゃる方、
そして私のように自身の立体作品を発表する一つの媒体としてソフビを作っている方、
と様々居らっしゃいますが、一番最後の媒体としてソフビを使っている作家さんが少なすぎて私が活動しているデザイナートイ、ARTTOYという業界が活性化できないために平面しか作っていなかった作家さんをソフビを使った立体作品の発表をしてもらってこの業界を活性化、発展させるために育成を行っていた時期があります）
で、いろいろいろいろあって育成を一時期辞めていました。
私が育成していた（育成と言っても、キャラクターを作るうえでどのようなことが重要か、とか、ソフビで作る際の注意点や海外へ出る際のアドバイスやそういった諸々のアドバイスを今まで培ってきたノウハウから作家さんにお伝えしてその作家さんが自らアドバイスの中から何を重要視して参考にしていかれるかというのは作家さんにゆだねていました。ので、育成というのとは違うかもしれません）
作家さん達は見事に羽ばたいていかれて、ソフビ作家として実績を作って海外でバンバン戦っていらっしゃる方が沢山でました。
少しは業界活性化できたのではないかとは思ったのと、正直疲れたのと、無償で動いていたので流石に時間だけ使って一切収入が入ってこなかったことや様々なことがあり育成から離れていました。
そして、コロナ渦やclubhouse（最近ではだいぶ落ち着いた感がある）で前から作品を知っていた作家さんや有望そうな作家さん、
話していて信頼できそうな作家さん、そして既に一緒に海外へ行っている作家さんが紹介したいんですよと数年前から言っていた作家さんに会う機会があり、この方たちがソフビ作ったら手ごたえありそうだし、売れそうだなーという複数人の作家さんに出会う機会がありました。
そして、凝りもせずにまたソフビ作家さんになって業界を盛り上げていってくれるのではないかと思い、複数人にソフビの作り方や
展開の仕方、海外への出方などをまたアドバイスすることにしてみました。
コロナで海外イベントに参加することができるのかどうか怪しい状態ではありますが、
もし行く事ができるのであればこの新たな勇者たちと一緒に海外のイベントに行ってみたいと思っています。

Not long ago, I was training young and middle-aged people.
(There are many types of people who make soft vinyl.
Those who make them because they like soft vinyl.
There are also those who make them because they love soft vinyl, and those who, like me, make soft vinyl as a medium for presenting their own three-dimensional works.
However, there are too few artists who use soft vinyl as the last medium, and the industry of designer toys and art toys, in which I am active, cannot be revitalized, so there was a time when I was fostering artists who were only making two-dimensional works to present three-dimensional works using soft vinyl in order to revitalize and develop this industry.
But due to various reasons, I quit training for a while.
I used to give advice to artists on what was important in creating characters, what to look out for when creating soft vinyl, advice on going overseas, and other various advice based on the know-how I had accumulated. I left it up to the artists to decide what they considered important and what they would refer to in the advice. (This may not be the same as nurturing.
Many of the artists have successfully spread their wings, and many of them have established themselves as soft vinyl artists and are fighting overseas.
I thought I might have been able to revitalize the industry a little, but to be honest, I was tired, and since I was working for free, I was spending all my time and not getting any income.
Then, at the Corona vortex and clubhouse (which seemed to have calmed down a lot recently), I met some artists whose works I had known before, some who seemed promising, and some who seemed trustworthy.
I had the chance to meet artists I knew from Corona vortex and clubhouse (which seems to have settled down quite a bit lately), artists I felt I could trust, and artists who had been going overseas with me for several years and wanted to be introduced to me.
I thought that they might be able to become sofubi artists again and make the industry more exciting, so I asked several of them how to make sofubi and how to develop them.
I decided to give advice again on how to develop and go overseas.
I’m in a dubious position as to whether or not I’ll be able to attend any overseas events in Corona.
If I can go, I would like to go to an overseas event with these brave new people. If I get permission from them, I would like to introduce them on this blog.
